Privacy note
How we handle information you send through our forms.
Effective date:
This note explains how Christ the King Covenant Church Corporation ("we") handles information you send through the forms on this website.
What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, email and message, so that we can reply to you.
- Prayer form: your name, email and any prayer request, so that our prayer team can pray for you. If you tick the separate box, we also use your name and email to send the weekly prayer email.
- Church inquiry form: your name, email and message, so that we can follow up. Sending it does not create a partnership or agreement.
- Ministry updates: only if you tick the separate box.
- With each form we record which consent wording you agreed to and when. We do not record your IP address or browser details.
Prayer requests
Please do not include another person's private details, such as health information, unless they have agreed. Only our pastor and a small church prayer team read prayer requests. They are never published or shared outside that team.
Who has access
Only a small number of authorized church staff, listed in our internal records. We share information only with the service providers below, which handle it for us, or where the law requires.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
How long we keep it
- Contact and church inquiries: deleted 12 months after our last reply.
- Prayer request text: deleted 90 days after you send it.
- Prayer list and ministry updates: kept while you are subscribed and deleted within 30 days after you unsubscribe. We keep only your email address on a "do not email" list so that we never email you again by mistake.
- Backups follow the same schedule.
